About us

At Ecodomus, we have many years of experience in the panel house industry and are expanding rapidly both in Lithuania and abroad.

In 2007, we established a state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly plant for panel houses and trusses in Kaunas County, near the town of Prienai, with an area of 3,500 m². Our factory has a production capacity of up to 14 000 m² living space per year.

All design work is carried out in accordance with the Lithuanian Building Regulations and Eurocodes. The materials used have quality certificates and meet the highest environmental standards.

Our team is constantly striving to meet the needs of our customers and to ensure that every panel house is not only strong and durable, but also environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

Products and services:

Manufacture of prefabricated houses: Panel houses are manufactured indoors to protect them from the weather and ensure fast installation. Only high quality, certified timber is used. Professional and highly skilled carpenters produce all the structural parts according to the designers' working drawings: external and internal wall elements, slabs and roof structures, wooden trusses. Windows and external doors can be installed in the factory, and walls can be clad with painted panelling. Electrical ducts and boxes in the wall elements can be installed according to electrical and low-current designs.
Wooden roof trusses: Using state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality materials, we ensure that our wooden roof trusses meet all the safety, health and environmental requirements of European standards.

Panel house installation: The prefabricated elements are assembled on site within 3-5 days. The remaining days are dedicated to the full restraining of the elements, sealing of the building and the installation of the utility systems and internal and external finishing works.
Design of industrial buildings: we assess your specific needs and requirements to develop efficient and functional solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.

Installation team: Ecodomus LT has experienced and professional installers. This team assembles the entire structure in the shortest possible time, including the finishing work and the connection of the engineering systems. The assembled house structure is supplied with a 5-year guarantee. The erection team carries out the following work:

Installation of panel frame houses;

Exterior decoration work.
